BIO

Mariah is a Baltimore born actress, singer, and producer. She landed her first role in a French television film, “Qui mange quand?” (Who eats when?) in 2004. Then, after graduating from The Guildhall School of Music& Drama in London, Mariah moved to Los Angeles in 2008.
Her first film was Griff Furst’s MASK MAKER. She went on to appear in David Fincher’s THE SOCIAL NETWORKJohn Hyams’ UNIVERSAL SOLDIER: DAY OF RECKONING and played the lead in STARVE, also directed by Griff Furst. 

Her television credits include CSI, Rules of Engagement, Switched at Birth and Scorpion.

Along with writer Tiziana Giammarino, Mariah has also produced a short film, ELISA, for which she won a Best Actress Award at the Short Stop International Film Festival. The pair went on to collaborate on a TV pilot called THE FOREIGNERS. 

In 2016 Mariah founded Blue Tiger Salons, a theater company which met once a month to read aloud a piece of theater. Plays ranged from classics such as A Midsummer Nights’ Dream and Cat On A Hot Tin Roof to modern pieces like Rabbit Hole and even original works. In 2017, the company produced an original play by Marilyn Fu, entitled Breather in which Mariah played the lead role. 


Mariah moved back to Baltimore in the winter of 2017 and is happy to be actively involved in the community of her hometown. 

 
 
 

Education

Mariah studied acting at the Cours Florent in Paris, and went on to receive a BA in the Arts from The Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.

In Los Angeles, she worked with Margie Haber, Jeremiah Comey, the late Eugene Lazarov and Larry Moss.

Additionally, Mariah attended The Groundlings for improv.
